On the nose
First without water. The alcohol hits you first. Loads of vanilla, toffee, spices.
I added 2 teaspoons of water to open it up and wow…. Big vanilla notes came out. English toffee.
The taste test
Very sweet. Lite oak coming through. The caramel, toffee, spice, This needs more water than usual at 51.4% alcohol per volume. This is a perfect sipping blended whisky. Just add some water 3 teaspoons will be perfect
